Thanks to those donating items and to volunteers

We want to send out a big thank you to all who contributed and worked hard to make our tag sale a success.  Many people donated carloads of items for the sale and others worked in their kitchens to bring lots of homemade baked goods for sale.  And it took a bunch of volunteers made it happen as well.  Tag sale leader, Susan Madry, told me it was the biggest tag sale ever and also earned the most money for the church of any tag sale so far.   Thank to Susan for her leadership and for all who assisted too.

Great camaraderie too

It was a perfect fall day for a tag sale and those who worked had a great time welcoming folks and chatting with them and with each other.    Of course, it was almost impossible to avoid finding some things you needed or at least could use.   And I just had to have some bread pudding and brownies too, which were excellent.   Here are a few pictures I took to remind us of the event.  I wish I had taken more.
